  In the past, my experience at this store has been good. However, today, the employees were extremely rude and incompetent. The first person who helped gave me only half of the solution I needed (even though I asked multiple times if there were more steps), so I had to go back to the store later. When I returned, the woman who was working didn't even acknowledge my presence for about 5 minutes. She seemed to be helping her boyfriend or another employee do something on the computer. Neither of them even looked at me. Finally, the woman said "Do you just need something easy, or what?" I told her what I needed help with, and she basically didn't answer and just went back to her computer. After a while, she told me to go sit down and wait. After another 15 minutes of her ignoring me and doing whatever she was doing on the computer for her friend, I got fed up and left. There were no other customers in the store. I wouldn't have minded waiting if she were actually helping another customer. Will not be returning to this location.
